Customer Support Our Support Policy We offer SarCheck support to all customers with software subscriptions. If you'd like more information about software subscriptions, contact us. If you have questions about SarCheck or UNIX performance in general, feel free to check our FAQ pages or contact us. Please note that we really don't have the time to answer very basic UNIX questions such as "What does cron do?" or "How do I use vi?", and we do not provide support for gnuplot. If you need support for gnuplot, see the gnuplot FAQ. For our testing we have used precompiled versions built by Ready to Run Software, and those versions are available inexpensively here. We no longer offer support for any products that we used to make for SCO operating systems. Those products were discontinued years ago. Most of us don't remember enough details to be helpful and we don't have any systems running any flavor of SCO UNIX.
