SarCheck in Other Languages This is what we're doing: The SarCheck report was originally designed to be easy to translate into other languages, and our translations went very smoothly. Please note that we have not attempted to translate the entire product, just the Plain English output that SarCheck is famous for. As with most utilities that run on UNIX, you will need to know a little bit of English to use SarCheck. Swedish and German translation: We produced a Swedish version of SarCheck for Solaris in 2002 but interest did not materialize. We then produced a German translation in 2004 but we have been disappointed by the response. We received praise for the quality of the translation, but no one was really interested in it and we discontinued it in 2006. Other translations: We could certainly translate SarCheck into other languages but there isn't much interest and we are not actively pursuing it at this time.
